Monash University, Business Building

The new Business Building out at Monash Universities Caulfield Campus is home to a wide array of business students, from undergraduates through to those completing MBAs. The concept for this project was to simulate modern working environments and move away from traditional educational spaces.

Throughout the open office areas we were able to optimise the Tudor AL QPRO luminaires to ensure required lux levels were met, whilst not wasting energy by over-lighting the environemnt. Coupled with Q Industries intelligent light factor compensation, which allows the fittings to independantly increase their output over the coming years, in-line with the predicted luminaire degreation.

Q Industries also supplied a range of other luminaires to achieve the clients end goal, this included Tudor AL, mutliple different profile from the Lightplane range, Torrin downlights and the Solstice Pendant.
